We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NUUG BAR. Please review our policy below for information on returns, refunds, and defective product support.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products and regulatory restrictions, we are only able to accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 10 days of order delivery. Used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene concerns.

We cannot accept returns on any products containing hemp-derived cannabinoids that have been opened. Please verify your order before opening any items.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@nuugbar.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions including a return shipping address and RMA number (if applicable).

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds do not include original shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item). NUUG BAR reserves the right to deny refunds for any returned products that do not meet our return eligibility criteria.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery. If an exchange is approved, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost. We do not offer exchanges for reasons related to personal preferences or subjective product effects.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, unusable, or incorrect, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt. Please email hello@nuugbar.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Once reviewed, we will determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product). NUUG BAR does not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise stated in your return approval email.

7. Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased NUUG BAR products from a third-party retailer or website, you must contact them directly regarding returns or refunds. We can only assist with orders placed directly through nuugbar.com.

8. Refund Denial Rights

NUUG BAR reserves the right to deny any refund or replacement request at our discretion. Effectiveness or satisfaction with the product’s subjective performance is not a valid reason for a refund, as cannabinoid effects vary by individual.
